Japanese tea growers call this tea, TOMOKO, which means, "Unforced Accord", referring to the quality of character that gravitates everyone in the room. Award-winning Kamairicha is pan-fired green tea, organically grown and crafted by tea master Miyazaki Ryo in the wulong-style. It is lightly withered and roasted in small batches to express the tea's enchanting character, which exhibits notes of jasmine, maple sap, and pale fruit.

TOMOKO kamairicha tea is processed using the protected practice of traditional pan-firing in an iron chuka-nabe (Chinese wok), a method that few tea master’s still follow.
