Organic Guatemala is Arabica whole bean, single-origin, USDA and CCOF certified organic, fair trade certified by FLO, MayaCert Origin certified, farmer owned, and grown at high elevation. The cherries are hand-picked to ensure full ripeness at harvest, then processed and packaged in Ecotact sterile vacuum bags to ensure the beans stay fresh and arrive mold-free at the roasting facility in California, where they are small-batch roasted in non-automated stainless artisan craft roasters.
