Japanese tea growers call this tea, JIN, which means, "Virtue of Relation", or the gentle force of virtue by association. It is premium grade white tea made from gyokuro leaves and leaf stems, grown without pesticides by tea master Irie Toshiro in the Yame mountains. JIN tea is an beautiful expression of the harmony that can exist between two things that are uniquely different but connected by virtue of relation.

The white stems (white gold) which give this tea its name, present a beautiful contrast to the deep green of gyokuro leaves. Properly steeped, it exhibits notes of clover sprouts, honeydew, and bee pollen. It is rich in umami, naturally low in caffeine, and high in amino acids and theanine, which make it ideal for reducing stress and increasing mental clarity.
